Every two years, the Messe Düsseldorf convention centre hosts the A+A exhibition where over 70,000 people from all over the world visit over three days to see the newest advancements in occupational safety technology and products. Hundreds of exhibitors set up their stands to showcase their latest work boots, high-performing smart gloves and machines that automate tedious tasks. Different social insurance providers and advocates of good labour conditions were also present.
It was in this context that Vision Zero set up two different stands to promote its message. The Vision Zero Guide flew off the shelves and hundreds of OSH professionals gathered around the stands to hear about Vision Zero’s unique approach to prevention. Many more companies and organizations signed up to become became Vision Zero supporters during the event and meetings were held to discuss the next steps of the campaign.
