An ISSA project is currently underway in 2019 to develop fact sheets for a limited set of leading indicators for safety, health and wellbeing, as part of a Vision Zero strategy.

Over 30 companies, partners and organisations from 13 countries have provided more than 70 different examples of leading indicators that they use, and 64 have been identified in a systematic analysis of the scientific literature. During September and October of 2019 companies will be asked to evaluate seven of the fact sheets – one for each of the seven Vision Zero Golden Rules. A final set of fact sheets for 14 leading indicators is planned for release in 2020.
