Finnish construction company implements Vision Zero

Vision Zero company SRV Rakennus Oy, a well-established construction company in Finland, is implementing Vision Zero with the three pillars of safety, health and well-being at work. During the Vision Zero Summit in Helsinki, organized by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH), a site visit was organized to the Hus Bridge Hospital Construction Project of SRV.

More than 500 workers are involved in this €234 million project (2018-2020). SRV is using the Vision Zero strategy to implement key safety objectives and measures, with the objective to have zero accidents and damages. The project includes education and training of workers, active employee-based reporting of safety observations, and regular safety briefings.
