The Centre for the Improvement of Working Conditions and Environment (CIWCE) has developed an educational Video on Corona prevention and Vision Zero.The two main characters “Billoo & Dhillo” were developed in cooperation with a Project GIZ - German Cooperation Project, financed by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) with Pakistan.

These two Characters support Vision Zero in Pakistan, just like Napo in Europe or the Vision Zero Safety Bird in Thailand.
