The Vision Zero Webinar Series: Work-Related Road Safety (International) was organised by the Social Security Organization of Malaysia (SOCSO) on 24 June, in cooperation with the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) and under the Vision Zero Malaysia initiative.

The Vision Zero Webinar Series is part of a continuous effort to instil Vision Zero elements, which outlines a prevention approach that combines three dimensions - namely safety, health and well-being at all levels of employment. It aims at bringing together occupational safety and health (OSH) and social security practitioners to discuss and deliberate the latest safety and health issues in the region.

SOCSO views work-related road safety as an important issue that needs to be addressed continuously, especially in terms of protection and prevention. Hence, it was selected as the first theme of their inaugural webinar series.
