The International Section of the ISSA on Prevention in the Mining Industry has started a new cooperation on Vision Zero with the ICOH Scientific Committee on Mining Occupational Safety and Health (MinOSH).

On 22 and 23 September 2022, the hybrid 40th International Colloquium of the International Section of the ISSA on Prevention in Agriculture took place at the Headquarters of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Rome, Italy.

The International Media Festival for Prevention IMFP 2023 will take place in the framework of the XXIII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work in Sydney, Australia from 27 - 30 November 2023.
The Tokyo Declaration on Vision Zero For All was adopted on 13 May on the occasion of the Second Vision Zero Summit in Japan. The Declaration acknowledges the numerous efforts that the international OSH community, including ministries, social security organisations, workers and employers have undertaken to reduce occupational accidents and diseases.

On 8 June 2022 the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (Kasa Rolniczego Ubezpieczenia Społecznego – KRUS) inaugurated the 4th National Competition for Young People "My Vision Zero", which this year will be carried out under the slogan Safety, Health and Wellbeing of a Family on the Farm.
The competition is held within the framework of the international Vision Zero strategy, whose main objective is to eliminate occupational accidents and diseases, which is linked to the creation of better working conditions and improvement of farmers' health.
Unsafe or even defeated machines cause nearly 30 per cent of all fatal workplace accidents and nearly 20 per cent of all workplace accidents in the European Union. This is too high a prize every affected worker has to pay and also has negative effects and economic losses for the manufacturers and users.
