First African Congress on Safety and Health in Mines and Quarries

CASSMICA

The first African Congress on Health and Safety in Mines and Quarries (CASSMICA), to be held in Conakry, Guinea, has the general aim of ensuring that mines and quarries in Africa are exploited in accordance with the requirements of sustainable prevention. Participants include stakeholders, professionals and experts, as well as teachers, researchers and students from the mining and quarrying sector in various countries in Africa and elsewhere. The event is organized by the Inter-African Body for the Prevention of Occupational Risks (IAPRP) and hosted by the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) of Guinea.
