Dräger Germany has now set up a dedicated Website on Vision Zero, presenting the Dräger Vision Zero Strategy, the 7 Golden Rules, Vision Zero Training and  Vision Zero culture.

The submissions for the IMFP are open from 1 September 2022 to 28 February 2023.

The International Media Festival for Prevention IMFP 2023 will take place in the framework of the XXIII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work in Sydney, Australia from 27 - 30 November 2023.

The Tokyo Declaration on Vision Zero For All was adopted on 13 May on the occasion of the Second Vision Zero Summit in Japan. The Declaration acknowledges the numerous efforts that the international OSH community, including ministries, social security organisations, workers and employers have undertaken to reduce occupational accidents and diseases.

On 8 June 2022 the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (Kasa Rolniczego Ubezpieczenia Społecznego – KRUS) inaugurated the 4th National Competition for Young People "My Vision Zero", which this year will be carried out under the slogan Safety, Health and Wellbeing of a Family on the Farm.  

The competition is held within the framework of the international Vision Zero strategy, whose main objective is to eliminate occupational accidents and diseases, which is linked to the creation of better working conditions and improvement of farmers' health.

Unsafe or even defeated machines cause nearly 30 per cent of all fatal workplace accidents and nearly 20 per cent of all workplace accidents in the European Union. This is too high a prize every affected worker has to pay and also has negative effects and economic losses for the manufacturers and users.

The Superintendency of Occupational Risks (Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo – SRT) has been one of the main drivers for Vision Zero in Argentina. The Superintendency is a member organisation of the International Social Security Association (ISSA).

The German Association for Safety, Health and Environmental Protection at Work (Verband für Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz bei der Arbeit – VDSI) has adopted a position paper which recognises that Vison Zero is a path towards safe and healthy work. The VDSI is Germany's largest professional association for safety, health and environmental protection and has over 5,600 members.
 

The first Vision Zero Ambassador, Michael Lopez-Alegria, has taken the first private crew to the International Space Station (ISS).
